ARCO Construction Company Inc. was founded in 1992 in St. Louis, Missouri and has continued to grow by providing clients with a turnkey design and construction solution to their real estate and facility needs. The ARCO family of companies consists of seven construction companies with offices in Chicago, St. Louis, Atlanta, Tampa, Philadelphia, Cincinnati, and Kansas City.

The Chicago office opened in 2003 as a division of the Murray Company to service the Chicagoland area and national accounts across the country. In 2006, ARCO/Murray National Construction Company, Inc. was incorporated.

ARCO/Murray Laundry Division was created as a separate entity with it’s sole focus on the design and construction of commercial laundry facilities across the country and into Canada.  To date, ARCO/Murray Laundry Division has completed over 25 laundry facility projects across the nation including projects in the industrial/uniform, healthcare, and hospitality sectors. Our commitment to our associates and customers alike contributes greatly to our success. With our “customer first” philosophy, approximately 75% of our annual revenue is with repeat customers. We also understand that a quality job starts with quality people. That is why every one of our Project Managers has engineering or construction degree and our Superintendents possess a wealth of experience and knowledge with a track record of successful and safe projects. We strive diligently to find the best associates for all positions. We budget and spend extensively for training each year, arming our associates with relevant information in leadership, technical issues, safety, teamwork and customer service.
